Returns policy

1. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to return their order within 30 calendar days of receipt, without needing to justify the reason.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

• Be in its original condition
• Not have been used or handled
• Include its original packaging, if applicable

Returns of personalized or custom-made products are not accepted.

3. Return Process

Once the return is accepted, instructions for shipping the product will be provided.

4. Refunds

After receiving and reviewing the product, the corresponding refund will be issued using the same payment method.
